QUESTIONS BEFORE STARTING

Clear scope.
Practical expectations.

Understand the information, dependencies and responsibilities before the project begins.

Can you organise our existing portfolio?

We can scope categories and project stories around the intended audience. Your team confirms publication rights, credits, actual involvement and approved project facts.

Can visitors send an event or production brief?

We can plan an initial brief form with relevant dates, format and broad needs. Confidential budgets, contracts and sensitive client details should use an appropriate agreed channel.

Does an enquiry reserve our team or venue?

No. Website messages should make clear that your team confirms availability, scope and terms through its own process.

Can we use video and rich media?

We can assess how selected media supports the visitor’s decision while considering playback controls, performance and mobile usability. Production, hosting and licences are separately scoped.

Can ticketing or registration be integrated?

Requirements, vendor capabilities, payments and data responsibilities need separate review. A general website scope does not automatically include a transactional event platform.

Can we focus marketing on a particular event or service?

A focused campaign or content brief can be assessed around the audience, approved offer and destination page. Channel scope, budget and review responsibilities are agreed without promising bookings.
