- [ ] We have planned how customers will move between related pages.

Search visibility

- [ ] We have identified relevant search topics and visitor intent.
- [ ] Existing pages and URLs will be reviewed before changes.
- [ ] Each important page has a distinct purpose.
- [ ] Titles, descriptions, headings and internal links are included in the content plan.
- [ ] We have access to the domain and any existing Search Console account.

Enquiry experience

- [ ] The next step is clear on important pages.
- [ ] Initial forms request only necessary information.
- [ ] Someone is responsible for receiving and responding to enquiries.
- [ ] Visitors will see clear confirmation and error messages.
- [ ] We know how enquiries will be recorded and followed up.

Technology and handover

- [ ] Domain, hosting and account ownership are understood.
- [ ] Required integrations have been identified.
- [ ] Mobile usability and accessibility are included in reviews.
- [ ] Editing access, licences and renewal responsibilities will be documented.
- [ ] Backups, updates and post-launch support are agreed.
